而这座王宫则被改建成了博物馆。在高大的入口大厅里展示着各种各样的王室宗教器具，还有从印度、柬埔寨和老挝收集到的稀有佛像。王宫右前角的房间对外开放，里面陈列了博物馆最有价值的艺术品。

二、万象

万象（老挝语：ວຽງຈັນ；英文：Vientiane），又名永珍，也是老挝人民民主共和国的首都，全国的政治、经济、文化中心和最大城市。面积为3920平方公里。万象位于湄公河中游，2018年人口约90万，与泰国廊开府隔河相望，是世界上少数设于国界附近的首都之一。

1563年澜沧王国国王将国都迁至万象。澜沧王国分裂后，又成为万象王国的首都。 1827年暹罗灭万象王国，万象夷为平地。1899年法国殖民者修缮万象，确定其为竂保护国正式首都。

三、万荣
