The Shandong Provincial Museum is the first provincial-level comprehensive geography museum established after the founding of New China.
It was established in 1954. At that time, the site of the museum was divided into east and west houses. 泉城，是济南市的别称，位于山东省中西部，因"家家泉水，户户垂柳"，有著名的天下第一泉5A级风景区，内含趵突泉、大明湖、黑虎泉、珍珠泉、白石泉等七十二泉，一派江南风光而得名。气候属暧温带，四季分明。
天下第一泉风景区位于济南市中心，由“一河（护城河）一湖（大明湖）三泉（趵突泉、黑虎泉、五龙潭三大泉群）四园（趵突泉公园、环城公园、五龙潭公园、大明湖公园）”组成。
景区以“天下第一泉”趵突泉为核心，泉流成河、再汇成湖，并与明府古城相依。趵突泉北边的五龙潭，东边的环城公园（公园内有黑虎泉等泉水）在济南也极负盛名。这些泉水的水质都很好。大明湖是由众泉汇集而成的天然湖泊，泉水由湖南岸流入，水满时从湖北岸始建于宋代的北水门流出，湖底由不透水的火成岩构成，恒雨不涨，久旱不涸，素有“众泉汇流，平吞济泺”之说，被誉为“泉城明珠”。同样由泉水汇流而成的护城河，宛若一条玉带环绕古城，可坐游船游览护城河。
景区自然风光秀美，人文底蕴深厚，泉河湖泊之外，还有众多人文景观。有始建于元代的超然楼，始建于北魏、现为明代建筑的泺源堂等。历史遗迹有泺上台、秦琼故宅遗址、北水门等。名人故居有南丰祠、稼轩祠、李清照纪念堂与易安旧居、铁公祠、老舍纪念馆等。红色景点有济南惨案遗址、中共山东省政府机关旧址等。
第二篇:
在山东省有一个美丽的城市，它南依泰山，北跨黄河，是一个风景如画的地方。这个城市就是美丽的泉城—济南。
要说济南叫“泉城”，那是为什么呢？这个问题，必须得从我们济南的七十二名泉说起了。提起七十二名泉，我们每个泉城人民都会骄傲地说：“没有哪个城市能比得上我们的泉，因为我们是泉城，我们有美丽的七十二名泉！”不错，泉城济南就是因为泉而得名。现在，让我向大家介绍七十二名泉之首—趵突泉吧。
趵突泉位居世界泉水景观之冠，被誉为“天下第一泉”。趵突泉泉水清澈透明，在周围绿树的倒影下，泉水的颜色变成了碧绿色。在泉池中央，有三股泉涌出了地平线，激起水花朵朵。源源不断的水流在水面上下翻滚着，就像三个正在快速旋转的车轮。趵突泉一边是泉池幽深、波光粼粼，一边是楼阁彩绘、雕梁画栋，真是一幅奇妙的人间仙 。
说起“泉”，就不得不提“泉标”了。泉标竖立在泉城广场上，是一道美丽的风景。泉标是一个大型钢制异形主体雕塑，名为《泉》，高38米，重70吨，取自篆书“泉“字之神韵。三股形似清泉的造型辗转上升，与济南市市标的创意相合。泉标周围有七十二股喷泉及四组泉群。这凝固的“泉”与喷涌的泉自泉城中心磅礴而起，体现了泉城的风采。
美丽的泉城—济南风景秀丽、泉水众多，自古享有“家家泉水，户户垂柳”之佳誉，希望大家能爱上美丽的泉城—济南。
