本项目将充分挖掘温泉资源特色和本底文化内涵，结合国内外高端温泉度假区开发经验，对利用周边良好的山形地势和生态环境，打造集养生休疗、休闲度假、康体健身于一体的国家级旅游度假区。

1、对现有设施进行改造提升，引入新型温泉度假、休疗养生方式，建设多样化温泉设施。

2、依托温泉沟西麓的汤泉森林公园，整合周边山体，开展户外拓展项目，完善区域整体休闲功能。

3、推动滑雪与温泉组合发展，加快新雪国旅游项目的建设进度。

项目位于县城以西6公里、S345以南的温泉沟内，曾为皇家御用温泉，资源品级较高，医疗养生效果显著，被誉为“关外第一泉”，目前为国家4A级景区，拥有各类宾馆与培训中心50多家，游客接待量约占全县的80%。

本项目总投资预计80亿元。

项目建成后，预计年接待300万人次，综合收入可达120000 万元，实现利润40000万元，实现税收10000万元。项目建成后可直接带动2个贫困村，200余户，500余人增收，辐射带动4个贫困村及县城，可间接带动10000余人增收。

Project Profile

The project will explore the characteristics of hot spring resources and local cultural connotation. By combining with the development experience of high-end hot spring resorts at home and abroad, it will make full use of the surrounding mountainous topography and ecological environment to create a national tourist resort with the combination of healthcare, leisure, recreation and fitness.

Construction Content

1.The project includes the renovation of existing facilities, introduction of new ways of hot spring resorts and health regimes, and the construction of diversified hot spring facilities.

2.Relying on the Tangquan Forest Park in the west of the Hot Spring Ditch, it integrates with the surrounding mountains to carry out outdoor development projects, and to improve the overall leisure function of the area.

3.It will promote the development of ski and spa, and accelerate the construction of the Snowland tourism project.

Investment Highlights

The project is located in the hot spring ditch, 6 kilometers west of the county town and south of S345. It used to be a royal hot spring. With high quality resource and remarkable medical health effect, it is known as the “first spring outside Shanhaiguan” and is currently a national 4A level scenic spot. It has more than 50 hotels and training centers, with about 80% of total visitor reception capacity of the county.

Investment Estimation

The total investment of the project is estimated at 8 billion yuan.

Benefit Analysis

After the completion, the project is expected to achieve an annual reception of 3 million, a comprehensive income of 120,000 yuan, a profit of 400 million yuan, and tax revenue of 100 million yuan. The project, after completion, will directly promote the development of 2 poverty-stricken villages, and help more than 200 households and more than 500 people to increase their income. It will also indirectly drive 4 poverty-stricken villages and counties, which will help more than 10,000 people to increase their income.
